Walking therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional sessions. Engaging in nature while discussing your thoughts and feelings can help reduce anxiety and enhance emotional clarity. Bilateral movement supports processing and open spaces can generate more of a sense of freedom, increase ability to problem solve and create more of a feeling of openness as we navigate your challenges together. 

Walk and talk therapy can be beneficial for people who:
